Hafudh Ali Mohammed
Founder & Managing Partner
Hafudh has been a practicing lawyer in the Kingdom of Bahrain for over twenty-five years. He graduated from the University of Beirut in the Republic of Egypt in 1993.
He is an attorney and legal consultant in Bahrain, admitted to the Bahraini Bar in 1997 and licensed to practice before the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court of Bahrain.
His career started in the Survey and Land Registration Bureau from 1978 to 1993, followed by the Notary Public in the Ministry of Justice & Islamic Affairs from 1993 to 1997.
Mohammed AlSaffar
Mohammed has been a practicing lawyer in the Kingdom of Bahrain following his graduation from the University of Bahrain in 2007. He also holds several legal certificates and awards, including a certificate of Arbitration.
Reem Esbai
Reem has been a lawyer in the Kingdom of Bahrain since her graduation in 2012. She holds two Bachelors of Law, the former from Griffith College Dublin in the Republic of Ireland (BAL) in 2011, and the latter through Nottingham Trent University, Nottingham, in the United Kingdom (LLB, Honors) in 2012. Reem has also successfully completed the necessary training, obtaining a certificate in ‘Anti Money Laundering’ in compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Hussain Ali Abbas
Hussain has been a lawyer since 2014, graduating from the University of Bahrain in 2014. He has had previous legal training in the Ministry of Labour and participated in the New Lawyers Course placing 2nd in his class.
Mohammed Salman Taqi
Mohammed started his career with the firm as office administrator in 2014. He graduated from the University of Bahrain in 2010 in Mass Communication and Journalism. He subsequently pursued a law degree and successfully graduated from the Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain with a Bachelors degree in Law.
Ali Abdulshaheed Al-Ali
Ali joined the firm following his graduation in 2018 from the University of Bahrain. Prior to joining the team, he completed his practical training course at the firm as part of his university education requirement. Ali also completed the New Lawyers Course while working at the firm, achieving Best Memorandum Award.
Fatima Yusuf Bucheeri
Fatima joined the firm in January 2024 following her graduation from the Applied Science University in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and is currently completing her training period.
Maamoon A.Razeq Dafala
Maamoon started his legal career in 1990 following his graduation from Ain Shams University, accumulating more than 20 years legal experience. He has been a legal consultant in the Kingdom of Bahrain since 2013. Maamoon joined the team in 2018, continuing his career as a legal consultant.
Ali Hasan Alshaikh
Ali joined the firm as office administrator in 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing issued by the University of Bahrain in 2022.
Ali Abdulrasool Al Saegh
Ali is the firm’s clearing agent. He is currently responsible for applying, filing, and following up with all applications in the various governmental sectors in the Kingdom of Bahrain, including but not limited to the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health.
